Philip Anthony Mitchell – Until All Have Heard

Philip Anthony Mitchell is a native of Queens, NY. He is the founder and lead pastor of 2819 CHURCH, a lively Christ-centered movement based in Atlanta, GA, and the founder of the 2819 INSTITUTE.

An honors graduate from North Carolina Central University, Pastor Philip also holds a degree in Pastoral and Church Leadership from Valor Christian College. He is a bold leader and passionate communicator deeply dedicated to the Great Commission of Christ, the equipping of the Disciples and Digital Disciples of 2819, and the spread of the Gospel across the nation and around the world.

Since his return from Israel, and the encounter he had with God there in December of 2018, constant brokenness over the state of the Church in America has been his portion. The perversion of The Faith in the west, a growing lack of reverence, and overt mockery of Christ moves him to deep grief, weeping and earnest prayers and an emboldened witness to be an unwavering voice for change, the veneration of Holy God and the preservation of Biblical Christianity in America.

Philip would hope that his message goes far and wide. He prays that the Body of Christ will hear and be stirred. His mission is to reach sinners so they will be called to repentance.

Silently, Philip cries out to God in prayer, and publicly he cries out to those who have ears to hear. And while this cry may be faint in our nation, he cannot and will not be silent, but rather he will cry out all the more.

Pastor Philip has been married to his wife, Lena, since August 2004 and they make their home in the Atlanta area with their two sons and two daughters.
